    Accepting credit cards over the phone or by Internet is not possible for Mexico since a hard copy with original signature has to be presented to the Bank.



    Cancelation & Refund policy: The reservation must be canceled by the person that  made the original reservation, directly toWelcome Tours. Date of cancellation is when Welcome Tours receives notice of cancellation. All negotiable documents must be returned before refunds can be processed. Once Welcome Tours has received moneys on reservations, up until 7 days prior to arrival a $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed, to cover nonrecoverable expenses levied by hotel, plus any other charges from other suppliers.

    Responsibility: Welcome Tours, its agents and representatives, act only as agent in providing the means to arrange hotel accommodations or other travel services. Welcome Tours cannot and does not assume any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property of whatever nature incurred by the traveler for whatever reason.
