Day 1 - San Diego to San Quintin:Depart San Diego 9:00A due South and crossing one of the world's largest and busiest International borders at San Ysidro. Welcome to the land of warmth, graciousness, good music, and great food! Our journey takes us to along the rugged coastline from Tijuana to Ensenada where we will have a glimpse of Baja's third largest city and most important port. We will be travelling inland to San Quintin passing through the vineyards of the Santo Tomas Valley. San Quintin, destination to sportfishing and birding enthusiasts will be where we spend our first night after a lavish Mexican dinner (Included) at La Pinta Hotel.

Day 2 - San Quintin - Catavina - Guerrero Negro:After breakfast we will depart San Quintin at 8:30A en route to Guerrero Negro, with a short stop for lunch in Catavina. Catavina lies in the center of Northern Baja and offers varieties of cacti not found anywhere else in the world. There are also prehistoric rock and cave paintings just miles outside of town. Time allowing we will get a quick glimpse. Upon arrival, and after check-in at the La Pinta Hotel in Guerrero Negro (Our home for the next 2 nights) we will enjoy another Mexican dinner (Included) before we retire for the night, and wait for what beauty tomorrow has in store. 

Day 3 - Guerrero Negro - Scammon's Lagoon:After breakfast we will depart the hotel at 7:00A to one of the worlds most famous calving grounds Laguna Ojo De Liebre where we will board our motorized skiffs, piloted by experienced local "Pangeros", who will allow us safe and proximate viewing of the California Gray Whale for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs (Max. time allowed by Mexican law per boat) Sometimes so close that these gentle giants allow us to touch them. These protected natural calving grounds have been known to induce high levels of excitement to the soul and spirit, so we highly recommend you bring along your camera equipment to capture these magnificent, magical and unforgettable moments. After the viewing we will head back into town for lunch (Included) and a chance to browse around. Arrival back to the La Pinta Hotel is approximately 4:30P. 

Day 4 -Guerrero Negro - Scammons Lagoon - San Quintin: After breakfast we will depart at 7:00A to say farewell to our new friends in these pristine lagoons, after our 2nd viewing of these Titanic Giants, we will head back to the hotel for a chance to clean-up / check-out, and head North bound to San Quintin where time allowing we will catch a Baja Desert Sunset before check-in and dinner (Included) at the La Pinta Hotel in San Quintin.

Day 5 -San Quintin - San Diego:After breakfast we will depart at 8:00A with a stop in Ensenada at "Las Cazuelas Restaurant" where we will enjoy a exquisite Baja lobster lunch, before heading back to San Diego for a approximate arrival at 4:00P.
