Hotel  Cabo  San  Lucas
Originally designed by world renowned architect Cliff May, father of the California Ranch House, the Villas at Hotel Cabo San Lucas offer an intimate and private retreat like no other resort in the luxurious resort corridor of Los Cabos.
In the Villas, you will experience romantic solitude in a pristine setting separate from the hotel, yet have full access to the hotel services and facilities. You may request private dinners or cocktail parties served by a dedicated hotel staff and choose between 3, 5 and 7 bedrooms. The 7-bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and the 5-bedroom has a large jacuzzi on the terrace. The Villas boast luxurious large bathrooms with marble, onyx, copper or hand-painted porcelains and oversized bathtubs, most with jacuzzis. The Villas are spacious with 2,000 square feet or more of private terrace and interior spaces ranging from 3,300 to 7,500 square feet overlooking Chileno Bay and the Sea of Cortez.

The Villas are ideal for small corporate meetings. All phone jacks are modular for use with laptop computers - you are never far away from your e-mail or NetMeeting if you so desire. Electricity is 110V, the same as in the U.S.A. The larger villas can seat up to 18 at the dining table and can accommodate from 150 - 250 persons for cocktail parties or receptions.
Known for her commitment to aesthetic excellence, award-winning designer Katherine Nidermaier recently completed the restoration of the Villas to bring the spirit and culture of the indigenous peoples of Mexico to the Hotel Cabo San Lucas. The level of design and comfort is unequalled. Artists and craftsmen from all corners of Mexico were commissioned for the re-creation with original and traditional designs incorporated into the decor. Designs take their shapes and colors from nature - the plants, flowers, trees, and animals - as well as from traditional folk art, legends, and religious beliefs. The Villas feature carved furniture and armoires (which hide the television), hand-loomed carpets and area rugs, pottery, intricate weaving, baskets, wood carvings, ceramic figures, copper bowls and candelabra. Jade and other stones have become drawer pulls and original tiles enrich the kitchens, baths and fireplaces. Copper and crystal chandeliers hang from the cathedral ceilings and regional costumed dolls and antique accessories adorn the walls along with original watercolors and oil paintings. Embroidered bed covers and pillow shams grace the large bedrooms. Every detail is done to perfection from the wall hangings to the beadwork and embroidery on the drapery ties.
Some of the villas embrace a single region of Mexico. Others are a perfect blend of several cultures, including the rich history of Oaxaca, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Costa Chica, Sierra Costeña, Istmo de Tehuantepec, Mayan, Aztec, and Huichol. Complementing each villa are books on art, history and mythology pertaining to the design of each particular villa.

Savor your morning coffee on the terrace and watch nature start its day with the golden sun rising over the deep azure waters of Chileno Bay. At night, the stars seem so close you can reach out and touch them. Come experience the luxury and romance of the Villas at Hotel Cabo San Lucas.
