Reservations for Meling Ranch are suggested as far in advance as 14 days to assure confirmation of the room/bed selected. A security deposit for the 1st nights stay is required from the date of confirmation. The balance can be paid by cash or check at the ranch.

Reservations for Meling Adventure 4-day saddle trips must be made at least 1 month in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance can be paid by cash or check at point of departure for the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Meling Ranch reservations must be cancelled in writing by the person who made the original reservation, directly to Baja Web Hotels & Tours. Date of cancellation is when Baja Web Hotels & Tours receives notice of cancellation. Once Baja Web Hotels & Tours has received reservation monies from 6-14 days prior to arrival, a rain check good for 6 months will be issued. If less than 6 days or no-show, your deposit cannot be refunded. Please note that deposits made for Meling Adventure 4-day saddle trips are NOT refundable.

Responsibility: Baja Web Hotels & Tours, its agents and representatives, act only as agents in providing the means to arrange ranch accommodations or other travel services. Baja Web Hotels & Tours cannot and does not assume any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property of whatever nature incurred by the traveler for whatever reason.
