Course details: 18 hole, par 72, 7064 yard (Championship level-blue tees), designed by Mario Shjetman and Pedro Guereca, features two beautiful lakes, numerous sandtraps and the coastline of the Sea of Cortez. It takes full advantage of the natural landscape and requires you to occasionally pause to fully digest the beauty. This 18 hole course requires accurate tee shots between the waste areas in order to score well. The first 9 holes are a very simple layout, with no trouble to speak of. Try to take advantage of the large fairways and greens, this might be your best chance to score well. The back 9 is by far the nicer of the two and offers much more of challenge to the serious golfer. The Loreto golf course offers 4 sets of tees, Blue, White, Gold (Sr.), Greatest difficulty holes: #2 (583 yards),#7 (508 yards) & #10 (575 yards) Slope: Blue: 139 white: 133 Red: 125 Grass: Fairway - Tifdgreen, Green - Tifdwarf Red. The # 14 hole, 222 yards par three starts on top of a large hill surrounded by giant boulders. You shoot down over the ocean to a wide green. Most players will hit a 6 iron to a driver depending on their ability and on the wind. Score Card
