About 80 mi 4 lane Tollroad from Tijuana to Ensenada (3 toll gates), or about 80 miles from Tecate to Ensenada and ca. 550 miles from Ensenada on a 2 lane Highway by Bus: Greyhound has a direct connections to the Mexican busses in Tijuana, as a matter of fact you can buy your ticket directly to the Central de Autobusses in Tijuana, even in the Greyhound terminal at the San Ysidro/Tijuana Border. In Tijuana you switch to a bus to Mulegé. The ride is about 17 hrs. by commercial Airline: Areo California from Los Angeles to Loreto daily. From Loreto take the taxi to the bus station in town or to your destination in Mulege. The bus ride takes about 2 hrs. by privat plane: You fly into the the El Gallito ( next to the Hotel Serenidad ) or the San Bruno/Sta. Rosalia Airstrip about 12 mi north of Mulegé. |
